How to prevent Back ache…

Bach ache and neckn ache are 2 very common problems for IT professionals, due to their continuous sitting in front of computer. These problems also common in those home users who use computer for long hours at home specially teen ager who use to play games and net browsing. Today I was googling about back pain so I found some useful information regarding Ergonomics.

Ergonomics is the science of designing the job, equipment, and workplace to fit the worker. Proper ergonomic design is necessary to prevent repetitive strain injuries, which can develop over time and can lead to long-term disability.Ergonomics is employed to fulfill the two goals of health and productivity. It is relevant in the design of such things as safe furniture and easy-to-use interfaces to machines.

Unfortunately, in Pakistan few organizations care about these things.

I found following links of  Cornell University very useful to guide every body specially professional to prevent long-term disability.
